A customer-driven project connecting tender discovery, opportunity assessment and document preparation, with task-specific classifiers trained from reviewed examples.
The problem
Finding a relevant tender is only the first step. Teams need to assess the purchased services, check company capabilities against requirements and prepare supporting information without repeating the same manual work for every opportunity.
The work
Tender discovery and source collection, company information with provenance, requirements review, supported document preparation and semantic search. The work also includes local semantic classification, training compact classifiers and decision heads from reviewed examples, and evaluating candidate models against held-out cases.
What this experience brings
A focused path from opportunity discovery to a supported bid decision and document preparation. Reviewed examples turn business relevance criteria into model-learning inputs; source-linked information makes the assessment easier to inspect and reuse.
